CANCELATION POLICIES
Please understand that the following policies are use to maintain the convenience of online self-booking and to avoid interfering with the business appointment availability time spots for other clients.

• Deposit is NOT refundable if you cancel or don't show to your appointment date.
• To reschedule an existing appointment you must call/text us 2-Days prior to your appointment date in order to keep your deposit credit.
• Deposit is credited towards your purchase receipt the date of your appointment.
•   Please arrive on time to your appointment to avoid interfering with your service time and other clients appointments. (10 minutes tardiness is allowed )
